Mumbai: Raffles Jaipur has announced the appointment of Sarabjeet Singh Sethi as Cluster Director of Sales, further strengthening its leadership team as it sharpens its focus on growth and market positioning in the luxury hospitality segment.
With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, including 24 years with leading brands across India, Sethi brings deep expertise in sales strategy, business development, and revenue optimisation. His career spans notable organisations such as Fairlie Hotels and Resorts, The Oberoi Group, The Leela Palace Hotels and Resorts, Hyatt Dharamshala Resort, Carlson Rezidor, and Jet Airways.
Over the years, he has delivered strong business outcomes, including driving a 24% growth in banquet revenue through optimised events strategy, a 20% increase in food and beverage revenue, and a 12% rise in room revenue through targeted marketing initiatives. He has also implemented cost efficiencies that resulted in a 27% reduction in housekeeping expenses, reflecting his strong financial acumen and operational focus.
