New Delhi: Anytime Fitness India has launched a week-long digital-first campaign focused on maternal wellness, aiming to encourage more open conversations around pregnancy, postpartum recovery, maternal strength and self-care. The campaign will continue until May 31, 2026, as part of the fitness brand’s larger effort to bring attention to the often-overlooked realities of motherhood and women’s wellness journeys.
As part of the initiative, Anytime Fitness India is also extending special benefits across participating gyms until May 31. Mothers of existing members can avail a complimentary three-day gym pass along with a free Body Composition Analysis. In addition, members who tag Anytime Fitness Corporate while working out with their mothers at any Anytime Fitness India gym will stand a chance to win a complimentary one-year membership for their mother through a lucky draw initiative.
The campaign is being amplified through social media-led conversations across Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms, celebrating not just motherhood but also the emotional, physical and mental transformation women experience during and after pregnancy.
At the centre of the campaign is a creator-led storytelling video featuring maternal fitness educator and parenting fitness influencer Sucheta Pal. Through a candid and personal narrative, Pal shares her experience navigating pregnancy and postpartum fitness, discussing body changes, emotional transitions, evolving fitness goals and the relationship women develop with their bodies after childbirth.
The initiative reflects Anytime Fitness India’s continued focus on promoting holistic fitness and encouraging women to prioritise their health and well-being at every stage of life.
