Mumbai: Kotak Mahindra Bank has promoted Celia D’Souza to the position of Vice President – Marketing, marking a new milestone in her long-standing association with the financial services company.
D’Souza shared the development through a LinkedIn update, where she announced her elevation to the new role. As per her LinkedIn profile, she assumed the position earlier this month.
Prior to this promotion, she served as Deputy Vice President – Marketing at Kotak Mahindra Bank and has been part of the organisation since July 2015.
Over the years, D’Souza has worked across marketing and brand-related functions within the bank, contributing to its consumer outreach and communication initiatives.
Before joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, she was associated with CNBC TV18.
Her elevation comes at a time when brands in the banking and financial services sector continue to sharpen their focus on customer engagement, digital communication and integrated marketing strategies.
