New Delhi: EMotorad, an electric cycle brand, has appointed former CARS24 India CEO Himanshu Ratnoo as Co-Founder, strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates expansion across international markets and emerging mobility segments.
Ratnoo joins EMotorad after serving as India CEO at CARS24. His appointment signals the company’s ambition to build institutional-grade leadership as it scales operations globally, expands into mass mobility, and explores new product categories.
Founded in 2020, EMotorad has emerged as one of India’s most recognised electric cycle brands with a network of over 800 dealerships and a presence across more than 18 countries. The company’s portfolio spans electric cycles for kids, commuters, micromobility, health, and leisure segments.

Commenting on the development, Rajib Gangopadhyay, Founder, EMotorad, said, “Building EMotorad from zero has been incredibly rewarding. We started with a dream and a garage, and now we are shipping cycles to 18 countries. Himanshu brings a rare combination of scale and deep consumer instinct that this phase demands. Having him in the founding team is a big deal for us.”
