Leads Brand Connect’s journey toward becoming a Consumer Brands Company began through its work with homegrown brands such as Nourish FMCG products and Bail Kolhu edible oils, flagship offerings from B.L. Agro Industries Ltd. The company played a key role in developing brand strategy, packaging, digital marketing, trade marketing, and distribution networks for these brands across multiple markets.
Under the leadership of Richa Khandelwal, Founder and Managing Director, the company has developed what it describes as an “Own-Build-Scale” model, integrating brand creation, market development, and growth acceleration under a single platform.
