Leads Brand Connect transforms into full-spectrum Consumer Brands Company, expands global brand portfolio

Noida: Leads Brand Connect Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2022 as an integrated advertising agency, has announced its strategic transformation into a full-spectrum Consumer Brands Company, marking a significant expansion beyond its traditional advertising and communications roots.

The company, which has built its reputation through branding, marketing, and market development services, is now positioning itself as a brand-building, distribution, and scaling partner for both international and Indian consumer brands. As part of this evolution, Leads Brand Connect has become the exclusive India market development partner for Coração Do Vale, a premium Portuguese extra virgin olive oil brand, and Amazonika Mundi, a Brazilian plant-based food brand.

The transformation reflects the company’s broader ambition to create and scale consumer brands through an integrated business model that combines brand strategy, communications, sales, distribution, and market expansion.

Leads Brand Connect’s journey toward becoming a Consumer Brands Company began through its work with homegrown brands such as Nourish FMCG products and Bail Kolhu edible oils, flagship offerings from B.L. Agro Industries Ltd. The company played a key role in developing brand strategy, packaging, digital marketing, trade marketing, and distribution networks for these brands across multiple markets.

Under the leadership of Richa Khandelwal, Founder and Managing Director, the company has developed what it describes as an “Own-Build-Scale” model, integrating brand creation, market development, and growth acceleration under a single platform.

Commenting on the transformation, Richa Khandelwal, Founder and Managing Director, Leads Brand Connect, said, “Our journey started as a creative agency crafting stories for other brands. Headquartered in Noida, the company now operates across five key markets—Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chandigarh, and Lucknow—providing consumer brands with access to distribution channels, retail partnerships, and market expansion opportunities across India.

The company’s expanded capabilities now span market intelligence, packaging design, regulatory approvals, distribution management, modern trade onboarding, e-commerce enablement, performance marketing, influencer outreach, public relations, and experiential events, enabling it to offer end-to-end brand-building solutions.

Highlighting the company’s value proposition, Khandelwal added, “We are proud to say that if a brand needs to reach a billion Indian consumers or find its place on India’s most discerning tables, we are their go-to partner. As part of its international expansion efforts, Leads Brand Connect has introduced Coração Do Vale to the Indian market through a comprehensive market development strategy that includes regulatory clearances, import structuring, premium retail placement, and consumer activation initiatives.

Similarly, through its partnership with Amazonika Mundi, the company is supporting the Brazilian plant-based food brand’s entry into India’s rapidly growing wellness and clean-food segment by leveraging its expertise in regulatory compliance, premium distribution, and brand-building.

Despite broadening its portfolio and capabilities, Leads Brand Connect said it intends to maintain a selective approach toward brand partnerships, focusing on a curated portfolio that allows each brand to benefit from dedicated resources, infrastructure, and strategic attention.

The move comes at a time when global consumer brands are increasingly seeking integrated partners capable of navigating India’s complex retail, regulatory, and consumer landscape, while domestic brands continue to look for scalable growth models that combine distribution, marketing, and brand development under a unified framework
