Mumbai: Kinnect, one of Omnicom Advertising India’s youngest agencies with a strong digital-first legacy, has announced a renewed growth strategy centred on integrated capabilities, creative excellence, and leadership expansion as it prepares for its next phase of growth.
Born as a digital-native agency and later evolving into an integrated marketing partner, Kinnect has spent the past several years strengthening its operating model to help brands navigate an increasingly fragmented and fast-changing marketing landscape. The agency’s approach combines creative, media, influencer, technology, and strategic capabilities under one roof, enabling brands to build relevance and long-term equity.
The agency said it has grown fourfold over the past six years despite challenging market conditions and is now focused on accelerating this momentum through stronger leadership, enhanced operational efficiencies, and deeper client partnerships.
Commenting on the agency’s direction, Chandni Shah, CEO, Kinnect & 22feet Tribal, said, “The industry is moving away from siloed capabilities to connected systems, and that’s exactly where we see our role. Being part of Omnicom Advertising India allows us to plug into a larger ecosystem while staying true to what Kinnect has always stood for, solving real business problems through integrated thinking. This next phase is about scale, but more importantly, about relevance, building solutions that are collaborative by design and impactful by default.”
As part of the leadership restructuring, Kinnect has elevated Ankit Banga to the role of Chief Operating Officer. In his expanded role, Banga will focus on streamlining operations, strengthening delivery frameworks, and building a more agile and scalable organisation.
Speaking on his appointment, Ankit Banga, COO, Kinnect, said, “As we scale, the focus is on building systems that can handle complexity without slowing us down. It’s about creating a structure where teams can collaborate seamlessly across capabilities, and where we can deliver consistent, high-quality work at speed.”
On the creative front, the agency continues to sharpen its focus under the leadership of Neville Shah, Chief Creative Officer, with an emphasis on culturally relevant work that drives both audience engagement and business outcomes.
Neville Shah, CCO, Kinnect, said, “The most interesting thing about advertising today is that audiences can spot performative marketing instantly. You can’t force relevance anymore; you have to earn it. People don’t engage with brands because they’re loud, they engage because something feels useful, culturally true, or genuinely relevant to them. Which is why integration matters more now than ever before, as a way to protect the integrity of an idea across every touchpoint. At Kinnect, we see modern marketing not as doing everything, but making everything feel connected.”
Further strengthening its client-centric growth agenda, Kinnect has appointed Gaurav Dudeja as Chief Business Officer. Dudeja joins the agency from his previous role as CEO of FCB Interface and will lead business growth, client partnerships, and cross-functional integration across Kinnect’s service offerings.
Commenting on his new role, Gaurav Dudeja, CBO, Kinnect, said, “Kinnect has built strong momentum over the past few years, not just in business growth but also in its creative reputation. What stands out is how deeply the agency cares about its clients’ businesses and brings together a full-funnel stack of capabilities to drive real impact. It also feels like a strong culture fit, every interaction with Rohan, Chandni, and Neville has reflected a clear sense of direction and shared ambition. My role is to help connect the dots across teams and capabilities, so we continue to raise the bar on how we partner, how we listen, and how we deliver value.”
With an integrated operating model and an expanded leadership team, Kinnect is positioning itself to meet the evolving demands of modern marketers, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and business impact. The agency said its next phase will be driven by the belief that creative excellence, when combined with integrated capabilities, can serve as a multiplier for sustained client and business growth.
