Bengaluru: Fashion and lifestyle e-commerce platform Myntra has launched Myntra Creator School, a creator-focused initiative aimed at equipping content creators with the skills, insights and industry knowledge required to thrive in the rapidly evolving digital content ecosystem.
The launch event brought together more than 250 creators for a day of learning, networking and collaboration, featuring workshops and sessions led by teams from YouTube, Meta and Snapchat. The programme also included fireside chats with prominent personalities including Malaika Arora, Parul Gulati, Dolly Singh and Archana Puran Singh, offering attendees valuable perspectives on content creation, personal branding and audience engagement.
Designed as a creator-first platform, Myntra Creator School seeks to move beyond the traditional influencer event format by focusing on capability building, community engagement and long-term creator development.
The event was conceptualised and executed by experiential marketing agency The Pittch, which transformed the venue into an immersive creator campus inspired by nostalgic school-day elements blended with contemporary pop-culture aesthetics.
The experience featured interactive installations, vibrant photo opportunities, a themed media wall, instant photography stations and curated engagement zones designed to encourage content creation and social sharing throughout the event.
According to the organisers, every aspect of the event was developed to create an environment that reflected the creativity, energy and collaborative spirit of today’s creator economy.

Commenting on the initiative, Sonny Sharma, Co-Founder & Director, The Pittch, said, “We wanted Myntra Creator School to feel more like a cultural movement than a conventional brand event. The idea was to create a space where creators could learn, collaborate, engage, and truly feel inspired. From the concept to the final execution, every element was designed to reflect the evolving creator ecosystem and Myntra’s commitment towards empowering it.”
The launch comes at a time when India’s creator economy continues to witness rapid expansion, with brands increasingly investing in creator-led marketing and content partnerships to engage digitally native audiences.
By introducing Myntra Creator School, the company aims to strengthen its relationship with creators while contributing to the professional development of content professionals across categories including fashion, beauty, lifestyle and entertainment.
Industry experts note that initiatives focused on education, skill-building and community development are becoming increasingly important as the creator economy matures and creators seek opportunities to enhance their expertise beyond content production.
Through Myntra Creator School, the company is positioning itself not only as a brand collaborator but also as an enabler of creator growth, fostering an ecosystem where creativity, culture and community can come together to drive meaningful engagement and innovation.
