Mumbai: InnerGroup has announced the appointment of Neha Bubna as Vice President – Production, further strengthening the AI and technology capabilities of InnerStudio, its offshore creative production studio designed specifically for in-house marketing teams.
In her new role, Bubna will lead the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation and workflow technologies to scale content production and improve operational efficiencies for InnerGroup’s clients. She will work closely with Rob Andrews, EVP Global Content, who leads InnerStudio globally.
The appointment signals a strategic step in InnerStudio’s evolution as it places AI, automation and intelligent agents at the centre of its content production and delivery model.
As in-house marketing teams face growing pressure to produce more content across multiple channels with limited resources, many organisations have begun experimenting with AI tools. However, integrating these technologies into everyday production operations remains a challenge. InnerStudio aims to bridge this gap by helping clients move from experimentation to production-ready implementation.
Built specifically for the needs of in-house marketing teams, InnerStudio operates through dedicated client pods, ensuring consistent teams that understand each brand’s requirements, workflows and quality standards. The studio draws on more than two decades of offshore creative production expertise through EKCS and offers services across print, digital, video, CGI, packaging, copywriting, translation, web design and retouching.
Bubna brings extensive experience in hybrid and offshore delivery models, having worked across major industry networks including Interpublic Group (now part of Omnicom), WPP, Publicis Groupe and Tag Worldwide. Throughout her career, she has developed and led end-to-end creative production solutions for global brands, driving operational efficiencies, improving production timelines and scaling offshore delivery capabilities.
Commenting on her appointment, Neha Bubna, VP – Production, InnerGroup, said, “The organizations winning at in-house content are building real production infrastructure, consistent teams, smart platforms, and AI-powered operations designed around how they actually work. InnerStudio is already that. My focus is on accelerating the technology layer so clients can produce more, faster, without compromising on quality or consistency.”

Welcoming Bubna to the organisation, Rob Andrews, EVP Global Content, InnerGroup, said, “InnerStudio gives in-house teams something the market has lacked: a production partner that actually understands how they work and is built to keep pace with how fast the technology is moving. Neha brings the operational depth and delivery experience to make sure our clients get the best of what InnerStudio can deliver. As we incorporate automation and intelligent agents into how we work, her experience running complex production operations at scale is exactly what we need.”
Andrews, who has been with InnerGroup since its inception, brings a diverse background spanning WPP and Omnicom agencies, design studios in London and India, and Deloitte Digital’s Content Supply Chain practice. His experience across the content ecosystem has helped shape InnerStudio’s approach to solving modern content production challenges.
