Mumbai: Zee TV has announced the return of its iconic singing reality franchise Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, with the upcoming season set to be one of the show’s most ambitious editions yet. Known for discovering and nurturing some of India’s most celebrated musical talents over the past three decades, the new season aims to elevate the viewing experience through a larger-than-life production format and an intensified focus on musical excellence.
Since its inception, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa has established itself as one of Indian television’s most enduring music platforms, introducing artists including Shreya Ghoshal, Shekhar Ravjiani, Kunal Ganjawala and several others who have gone on to build successful careers in the music industry.
Staying true to its long-standing positioning around talent and authenticity, the latest season will continue to spotlight musical ability while introducing an enhanced visual and performance experience designed to resemble a premium live concert environment.
The upcoming edition will feature an expansive stage design, immersive production elements and a large-scale musical setup featuring over 100 live musicians, singers and instrumentalists performing together. The show aims to create a richer sonic and visual experience while delivering memorable performances throughout the season.
To identify India’s next musical talent, auditions will be conducted across 12 cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Nagpur, Indore, Kolkata, Guwahati, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Lucknow and Varanasi, opening participation to aspiring singers from across the country.
Participants can register for auditions by giving a missed call on +91 9152915218, following which they will receive an SMS containing the audition registration link. Contestants can also audition via WhatsApp on +91 8655780787 by submitting the required details along with two audio-video clips of up to 16 MB each. Registrations will additionally be accepted through the official audition website.
