Mumbai: Alila Diwa Goa has announced the appointment of Takshila Chheda as Area Director – Digital Marketing, strengthening Hyatt’s digital leadership as it continues to enhance marketing capabilities and drive growth across key markets.
Prior to this appointment, Takshila led digital marketing for North, East and West India at Hyatt Hotels. In her expanded role, she will now oversee digital marketing initiatives across the Goa and Pune markets, in addition to continuing responsibilities across West and Central India.
As Area Director – Digital Marketing, Takshila will lead the development and execution of digital and performance marketing strategies aimed at accelerating growth, strengthening online visibility and enhancing engagement across Hyatt’s portfolio. Her responsibilities will span brand management, digital communications, social media and integrated marketing initiatives with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.
Takshila brings extensive cross-sector experience to the role, with expertise built across hospitality, automotive, entertainment and communications. Before joining Hyatt, she served as Digital Marketing Strategist at Jio World Centre, Reliance Industries, where she played a key role in launching and digitally amplifying the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre. She also worked as Senior Manager – Digital Marketing at Tata Motors, contributing to the brand’s digital engagement and campaign performance across multiple platforms.
Earlier in her career, she worked across leading communications agencies and the hospitality industry, building experience across a broad portfolio of national and international brands.
Takshila holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Corporate Communications & Reputation Management from Manchester Business School, UK, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media (Advertising) from Mumbai University, combining strategic communications expertise with a strong foundation in marketing and brand building.
