New Delhi: Primus Partners, India’s homegrown management consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Mohan Doifode as Managing Director, Primus Strategic Management Consulting LLC, as the company strengthens its leadership team and accelerates its expansion across the Middle East.
Based out of Dubai and Riyadh, Doifode will spearhead Primus Partners’ growth strategy across the GCC region, strengthen client relationships across industries, and lead the firm’s consulting offerings spanning strategy, transformation, public policy, and management advisory services.
With over 25 years of experience across management consulting, business transformation, strategy, and leadership roles in India and the Middle East, Doifode brings extensive regional and sectoral expertise to the role. Prior to joining Primus Partners, he served as Director (Consulting) at Deloitte India and later founded Meraki Global, advising clients across GCC markets. He also served as a Colonel in the Indian Army, adding operational leadership and strategic execution capabilities to his consulting background.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, where he earned an M.Tech in Microelectronics, and Harvard Business School, Doifode has worked extensively with public and private sector organisations to support growth, innovation, and organisational transformation.
