Mumbai: Godrej Ventures has appointed Jamshed Taraporwala as Chief Sales Officer and Head of Enterprise Solutions as it strengthens its focus on India’s expanding managed office and enterprise workspace market. In his new role, Taraporwala will lead the company’s managed office and enterprise workspace business, driving national expansion, enterprise leasing strategy, occupier partnerships, and the development of flexible workspace solutions tailored to evolving corporate requirements.

With enterprises increasingly prioritising agile, scalable and experience-led work environments, the appointment comes at a time when managed workspaces are gaining momentum as a preferred real estate model.
Taraporwala brings over 19 years of experience across commercial real estate, enterprise sales, Global Capability Centre (GCC) advisory and transaction management. Prior to joining Godrej Ventures, he served as Executive Director – Sales and Business Development at Table Space Technologies and has previously held leadership roles at JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and Knight Frank.
A postgraduate in Hospitality Management and Finance, Taraporwala has led large-scale office transactions and strategic growth initiatives for global companies including IBM, Microsoft, Google, Apple, NAB, Texas Instruments, Shell, H&M, Expedia and Morgan Stanley.
Through this appointment, Godrej Ventures aims to accelerate the growth of its enterprise-focused managed office platform and strengthen its position in the flexible workspace segment. With a dedicated portfolio already allocated for Enterprise Solutions, the company plans to expand its offerings to meet rising demand from large occupiers seeking customised, technology-enabled and operationally efficient workplace environments.
