KFC India launches ‘Match Made In Madness’ campaign for new Double Chicken Dynamite

Mumbai: KFC India has unveiled its latest campaign, ‘Match Made In Madness’, to introduce its newest menu innovation, the Double Chicken Dynamite. The campaign celebrates unconventional combinations by bringing together two seemingly unlikely worlds—KFC’s signature crispy chicken and Korean noodles.

The new offering features two crispy Zinger fillets layered with Korean noodles, signature spicy mayo, cheese and bold spices, creating what the brand describes as an indulgent, all-chicken, no-bun burger.

The campaign builds on the growing popularity of unconventional food pairings in India, positioning the Double Chicken Dynamite as a product that embraces the unexpected while appealing to evolving consumer tastes.

Commenting on the launch, Suhayl Limbada, Chief Marketing Officer, KFC India and Partner Countries, said, “India’s always had a love for unusual food combinations – the ones that make you go ‘wow’ at first and then win you over. That instinct to embrace the unexpected is what makes India and its food culture so exciting. Double Chicken Dynamite plays right into that space. Crispy chicken & noodles is a combination you don’t instantly think will work but one big, unapologetic bite later, you’re all in. With the campaign, we’ve fully leaned into the madness of the idea, bringing together two unlikely worlds that probably shouldn’t make sense, but somehow they do. It’s exciting to bring something this culturally alive and distinctively KFC to people all over India.”

The campaign film, released alongside the launch, takes a humorous approach to showcasing the product’s unconventional concept. Set aboard a crowded metro, the film follows an unusual trio comprising a Korean man and two Indians who find themselves comically inseparable as they navigate everyday situations together. Their increasingly absurd experiences eventually lead them to a KFC restaurant, where the seemingly odd pairing of chicken and noodles finds its perfect expression in the Double Chicken Dynamite.

The narrative culminates with Colonel Sanders introducing the new product, reinforcing the campaign’s central message that some of the best combinations are the ones least expected.

Sharing the creative thought behind the campaign, Anusheela Saha, Head of Creative, McCANN (Pod 2) said, “When you have noodles sandwiched between two crispy chicken fillets, it’s truly a Match Made in Madness. The entire campaign pays homage to the form factor, taking the whackiness of the product for a hilariously crazy ride.”
