Mumbai: Kapture CX, a verticalised full-stack Agentic AI platform focused on customer experience automation, has appointed Sanjay Prasad as Vice President – Sales to strengthen its enterprise growth strategy in India.
Based in Mumbai, Prasad will lead Kapture CX’s enterprise sales initiatives, with a focus on expanding adoption of the company’s AgentOS platform among large enterprises, particularly across the BFSI and retail sectors. The appointment comes as enterprises increasingly accelerate investments in Agentic AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Prasad brings over two decades of experience in enterprise technology sales, business development and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Kapture CX, he held leadership positions at IBM, HP, Oracle, Red Hat, LeadSquared and MoEngage, where he worked on driving technology adoption and growth strategies across India and the Middle East.
With extensive experience in enterprise transformation initiatives, particularly within regulated industries such as financial services, Prasad is expected to support Kapture CX’s efforts to expand its presence in India and strengthen customer adoption of its AI-powered customer experience solutions.
