Noida: Coredge, the sovereign cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) platform backed by Sirius Digitech Limited (SDL), has appointed technology industry veteran Sourav Jena as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company’s next phase of growth across India and global markets.
Jena has also been appointed CEO of SDL, a joint venture between the Adani Group and Infinia Technologies, an IHC Group company through Abu Dhabi-based Sirius International Holding. Both appointments are effective immediately.
With over 14 years of experience in cloud computing, enterprise technology and AI, Jena will be responsible for driving Coredge’s strategy, product innovation and expansion across India, the UAE and other priority markets. His appointment comes as demand for sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure continues to accelerate among governments and enterprises.
Jena has previously held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Kore.ai and Ericsson, where he worked on strategic partnerships, go-to-market initiatives and scaling technology platforms for enterprise and government customers globally.

SDL was established to combine the Adani Group’s infrastructure ecosystem with Infinia Technologies’ technology expertise to accelerate sovereign cloud and AI adoption in India and international markets. Through Coredge, the company delivers secure, scalable and AI-native cloud platforms for governments and enterprises across India, Japan, Kenya and the UAE.
The appointment comes at a time when organisations worldwide are increasingly prioritising sovereign digital infrastructure to enhance data security, regulatory compliance and digital resilience. Coredge aims to address this growing demand by offering locally governed cloud and AI solutions supported by enterprise-grade infrastructure and technology capabilities.
As CEO, Jena will oversee the commercial rollout of Coredge’s next-generation sovereign cloud and AI offerings, including Dflare AI, which supports healthcare, financial services and enterprise AI applications. The company said it will continue expanding its portfolio as it evolves into a full-stack sovereign AI and cloud platform provider.
