New Delhi: TARC Limited, one of Delhi-NCR’s leading luxury real estate developers, has announced the appointment of Ajay Gupta as Chief Development Officer (CDO), Ankush Kaul as Chief Business Officer (CBO), and Mridul Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The strategic appointments are aimed at strengthening the company’s leadership capabilities as it enters its next phase of growth, expands its luxury residential portfolio and builds institutional capabilities for the future.
With a combined leadership experience of over eight decades across luxury real estate, infrastructure, financial services, hospitality, technology, telecom and BFSI sectors, Ajay Gupta, Ankush Kaul and Mridul Srivastava will play a key role in advancing TARC’s commercial strategy, integrated project development, customer-centric approach and organisational excellence.

Ajay Gupta joins TARC as Chief Development Officer with over 37 years of experience across real estate and infrastructure development. He has led large-scale, multi-project developments across design, planning and execution. Prior to joining TARC, Gupta served as President – Projects at Krisumi Corporation, where he oversaw the development and operations of a 35-acre township with a built-up area of 8.5 million sq. ft. Earlier, as Operation Head (North Zone) at Godrej Properties Limited, he led the development of 28 million sq. ft. spread across 286 acres and 19 projects across Gurgaon, Sonipat, Delhi and Noida.
In his new role, Gupta will oversee Design & Architecture, Planning, Development of all Sites/Developments, QA-QC, Safety, Procurement & Contracts, Billing, Budgeting and Cost Control. His mandate will focus on creating an integrated development platform combining design excellence, execution discipline, quality assurance, safety standards and cost optimisation.

Further strengthening TARC’s commercial leadership, Ankush Kaul has joined the company as Chief Business Officer with over 25 years of experience across real estate, financial services and hospitality sectors. During his career, Kaul has led Sales and Marketing functions at organisations including DLF, Central Park, Ambience and Tribeca, delivering cumulative topline revenues exceeding ₹15,000 crore and facilitating the sale of thousands of premium residences across key markets.
At TARC, Kaul will lead Sales, Marketing, Customer Advisory and Customer Experience functions. His role will focus on building a research-led approach towards development planning, leveraging consumer insights, market intelligence and data-driven decision-making to strengthen product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Strengthening the organisation’s people and transformation agenda, Mridul Srivastava joins TARC as Chief Human Resources Officer with over 23 years of experience across Technology, Telecom, BFSI, Real Estate and Hospitality sectors. He has held leadership positions at organisations including Shyam Group, Hero FinCorp, Religare, DLF Homes and ITC Hotels, where he led initiatives across workforce architecture, organisational design, leadership development, governance and change management.
As CHRO, Srivastava will lead TARC’s People Function, including Talent Acquisition, Leadership Hiring, Performance Management, Talent Development, Total Rewards and Employee Experience. He will also oversee Business Excellence and the Project Management Office, supporting operational discipline and organisational effectiveness as the company continues to scale.
