Chennai: Senior editorial leaders from the News18 Network met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister S. Joseph Vijay in Chennai on Wednesday, in an interaction that brought together the media organisation’s leadership and the state government.
The delegation comprised Rahul Joshi, Executive Director and Group Editor, News18 Network; Santosh Menon, Chief Content Officer; Vivek Narayanan, Executive Editor and Head of Southern Regions; S. Karthigaichelvan, Senior Editor; and Poornima Murali, Assistant Editor, CNN-News18.
While details of the discussions were not disclosed, the meeting comes amid continued engagement between media organisations and policymakers on issues related to governance, economic development, public policy and regional affairs.
