Gurugram: BPTP Limited, one of the National Capital Region’s established real estate developers, has appointed Sanjay Sharma as its Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Sharma will head the company’s Project Development function, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of BPTP’s residential, commercial and township projects.
He will be responsible for project execution across contracts and procurement, planning, safety and quality, as well as cost and schedule management, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Sharma brings more than three decades of experience in real estate development, having built his career around the execution of large-scale residential, commercial and township projects. A Civil Engineering graduate from Aligarh Muslim University, he has consistently focused on delivering complex developments from concept to completion while adhering to quality and timeline commitments.
Before joining BPTP, Sharma held senior leadership positions at DLF, Runwal Realty, Puravankara, Emaar India and Eldeco Group, where he led project execution, delivery planning and operational oversight for large developments.
