Mumbai: One2en Communications has secured the public relations mandate for LivLong 365 and QubeHealth-Pay, expanding its healthcare communications portfolio. The agency will lead strategic communications, media relations, executive profiling and reputation management for both healthcare-focused brands.
LivLong 365, formerly known as IIFL Insurance and part of the IIFL Group, offers an integrated healthcare platform spanning doctor consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy, home healthcare, health plans and preventive wellness. The company said it has a network of more than 6,000 doctors and over 30 NABL-accredited diagnostic partners, with its services extending across more than 19,000 pincodes.
Under the mandate, One2en Communications will oversee business plan communications, data-driven PR, executive profiling, media relations, stakeholder engagement and reputation management for LivLong 365.

Gaurav Dubey, Founder & CEO, LivLong 365, said, “At LivLong, we have a strong, close-knit presence across 800+ cities, and we’re using technology to deliver highly personalized healthcare support—building a truly connected healthcare ecosystem. That’s why we chose One2en as our communication partner. We believe they can help us tell this story in a compelling, precise way, so the work we’re proud of translates into real value for our customers. It’s a win-win for all.”
The agency will also manage communications for QubeHealth-Pay, a healthcare payments infrastructure platform that integrates healthcare financing, insurance and healthcare service providers. The company recently closed its Series A funding round at a valuation of ₹416 crore, backed by investors including Unicorn India Ventures, IA Growth Opportunities Fund, Brew Opportunities Fund, Finvolve Ventures, FirstPort Capital and Maithan Family Office.

Commenting on the association, Chris George, Co-Founder & Group CEO, QubeHealth-Pay, said, “At QubeHealth-Pay, we are building India’s healthcare financial infrastructure layer—a healthcare payments platform that brings together patients, employers, healthcare providers, insurers, and financial institutions into a single ecosystem. Our mission is to remove the financial friction that often stands between families and timely healthcare. We believe healthcare should never be delayed or denied because of the way people pay for it, and we’re committed to transforming how India pays for healthcare.”
Speaking on the dual mandate, Saksham Srivastava, Founder, One2en Communications, commented, “India’s healthcare sector has entered the next phase of growth, where trust has become as important as technology. As innovation accelerates, the brands that communicate with clarity and credibility will lead the conversation. We’re excited to partner with LivLong 365 and QubeHealth-Pay to build narratives that strengthen reputation, foster stakeholder confidence and support long-term business growth.”
