Mumbai: Ritika Jauhari has joined Novartis India as Head – Corporate Communications, moving from communications consultancy SPAG/FINN, where she served as Senior Partner.
Jauhari brings experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical communications to her new role, where she will lead the corporate communications function for Novartis India.
Announcing the move, Jauhari said, “A new chapter begins! I’m delighted to share that I’ve joined Novartis India and will be leading Corporate Communications. With my career deeply rooted in healthcare and pharma communications, this feels like a natural next step in my professional journey—one that aligns closely with both my aspirations and passion for purposeful storytelling. Before joining Novartis India, Jauhari was associated with SPAG, where she held the position of Senior Partner. Her professional experience has been focused on healthcare, pharmaceutical and corporate communications, spanning strategic communications and storytelling.
In her new role at Novartis India, Jauhari will be responsible for leading the company’s corporate communications mandate, bringing her sector experience and communications expertise to the organisation.
