Chennai : “Ungal Kitchen Engal Chef” packs a punch. It lives up to its noble mission to help viewers create restaurant quality meals in their own homes with the friendly professional touch of Guiness Record winning Chef ”Malgudi Kavitha”.
The show being based on travelogue cookery concept, Chef Malgudi Kavitha travels all over Tamilnadu and other geographies to visit the houses of viewers of “Ungal Kitchen Engal Chef”. The show brings together two interesting segments.
In the first segment with her down-to-earth cooking style and approach she helps the delighted viewers to prepare instant delicious food with available ingredients in their kitchen.
In the second segment she gather the freshest, tastiest ingredients for each dish and show exactly how to prepare a multi cuisine gourmet menus such as the starters, snacks and the main course. She also gives handy serving tips and guidelines on how to set, decorate and present each individual dish.
In the forthcoming episodes the series follows Chef Malgudi Kavitha on her visit across Kerala as she hangs with Keralites to discover the taste of Gods Own Country. The recipes will be modern takes on traditional favorites inspired by the finest and freshest seasonal regional ingredients.
