Abbott reimagines healthy ageing through its new “Strength to Live Your Dreams” film

Mumbai: Abbott, the global healthcare leader, has unveiled its new “Strength to Live Your Dreams” campaign, built around the insight that while dreams never age, strength often needs support to keep pace. The campaign highlights the importance of maintaining overall health and strength to help adults lead active, fulfilling lives at every stage.

Anchored by a new television commercial, the campaign showcases relatable, slice-of-life moments that redefine strength beyond physical power. Through the films, Abbott aims to demonstrate how the right nutrition can help adults stay active, confident, and capable of pursuing their ambitions and everyday aspirations.

The campaign comes at a time when ageing adults are increasingly facing changes in muscle strength, metabolism, stamina, immunity, and bone health. Research indicates that adults between the ages of 40 and 80 can experience up to 33 percent loss in muscle mass, alongside gradual changes in bone density and immune function. India also continues to witness nutritional gaps due to limited dietary diversity across regions.

Abbott Speaking on the campaign, Anirban Basu, General Manager, Abbott’s Nutrition business in India, said, “With decades of experience in nutrition science, Abbott has continually evolved its portfolio to reflect how people’s nutritional needs change with age and lifestyle. Through this campaign, we want to make strength easy to understand and more complete by highlighting the role of seven important areas of health, including muscles, bones, heart, blood health, immunity, metabolism, and the nervous system. Our aim is to encourage adults to take simple, proactive nutrition steps so they can stay active, feel confident, and continue enjoying everyday moments with their families.”

The “Strength to Live Your Dreams” campaign will be amplified across television, digital, and e-commerce platforms, supported by additional initiatives designed to engage consumers through familiar and meaningful touchpoints.

Through the campaign, Abbott aims to simplify science-backed nutrition and reinforce the importance of preventive healthcare, empowering consumers to make informed lifestyle and wellness choices that support healthier and more active living.
