Mumbai: Adfactors PR has announced the appointment of Hemant Gaule as Senior Vice President – Growth & Development Initiatives. In this newly created strategic role, Hemant will be responsible for driving transformation and long-term organisational development at the firm.
In his role, Hemant will focus on key strategic streams such as building an AI-first work culture, strengthening the firm’s value proposition, developing new practice areas, and executing long-term plans for leadership development. A central part of his mandate includes the creation of the Adfactors Academy, a unique leadership fast-track programme designed to identify, nurture, and elevate emerging talent within the organisation.

An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Hemant brings a unique blend of business acumen and academic insight. He began his career in the management cadre at RPG Group and most recently served as the Director and CEO of the School of Communications and Reputation (SCoRe) for the past decade. He has been recognised by multiple industry forums including ASEAN PR Network, Reputation Today, and PRovoke Media, and currently serves on the board of IABC Asia Pacific.
