Most recently, Molly served as Deputy Vice President – Marketing at Impresario Handmade Restaurants, where she was instrumental in launching growth-oriented campaigns and delivering creative brand strategies. Her career also includes pivotal marketing roles at Epic for Kids, Ola, and Future Group, each contributing to her reputation as an empathetic storyteller and brand leader.
Molly is also a published thought leader, having authored influential pieces like her LinkedIn article “The One Thing That’s Always Worked—No Matter the Industry,” which champions empathy-driven storytelling—a philosophy she intends to bring into her new role at Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality.
