IndiGo partners with Single.id to expand everyday rewards ecosystem for BluChip members

Mumbai: IndiGo has announced a strategic partnership with Single.id aimed at expanding earning opportunities for IndiGo BluChip members through everyday consumer spending across multiple retail and lifestyle brands.

The collaboration will enable BluChip members to earn rewards seamlessly across categories including dining, shopping and fuel by linking their debit or credit cards on the IndiGo Single.id Portal. Customers can automatically earn IndiGo BluChips while transacting with participating brands such as McDonald’s (West and South), Wow! Momo, Snitch, Colorbar, Himalaya and Pizza Hut, among others.

The integration is designed to eliminate the need for coupons, promo codes or additional redemption steps, enabling rewards to accrue automatically on eligible purchases.

“This partnership enables IndiGo BluChip members to unlock more value from their everyday transactions. By powering this with card-linked technology, we are helping create a frictionless and scalable rewards experience that enhances both customer engagement and brand discovery,” said Chandra Bhushan, Country Head, Single.id India.

Under the partnership, customers registering a card on the IndiGo Single.id Portal will be redirected to Single.id’s registration page to complete the rewards mapping process. Existing users linking additional cards will be taken directly to the card-linking page for a more streamlined experience. Once linked, eligible transactions at participating merchants will automatically generate IndiGo BluChips in accordance with programme terms and conditions.

The move reflects IndiGo’s continued focus on strengthening customer loyalty engagement beyond travel by integrating rewards into everyday spending behaviour.
