Mumbai: Almonds Ai has announced a strategic partnership with EROS Group to strengthen retail execution through its Insights Ai platform, aimed at delivering real-time, actionable intelligence across on-ground operations.

Through this collaboration, EROS Group will deploy Insights Ai to gain enhanced visibility and control over key retail functions, including attendance monitoring, sales tracking, inventory checks, merchandising audits, and competitive intelligence. The platform enables both field teams and leadership to access real-time insights, facilitating faster decision-making based on live market conditions.

By digitising field operations and transforming daily data into measurable performance insights, the partnership seeks to bridge gaps between strategy and execution. The shift from traditional reporting to real-time intelligence allows organisations to identify inefficiencies, optimise store-level activities, and respond more proactively in a dynamic retail environment.
