Thiruvananthapuram: The highly watched dance Reality Show of Amrita TV, SUPER DANCER JUNIOR which ran for over six months climaxed at Calicut watched by over 30,000 persons. The Grand Finale will be telecast on Jan 12 at 2 p.m.
The event had four finalists fighting for the crown of SUPER DANCER JUNIOR. The Grand Finale featured a spectacular display of performances by the contestants which kept spellbound the jury panel comprising ace choreographer, Santhi Master, dancer and actor, Shamna Kassim and celebrity judge ‘Kaadhal’ Sandhya.
The winner of the SUPER DANCER JUNIOR crown was Jesniya who bagged a luxury apartment worth Rs 60 lakh. The second prize of Rs 10 lakh was won by Abhishek while the third prize of Rs 5 lakh was bagged by Arjun. The fourth prize of Rs 2 lakh went to Malavika.
Noted playback singers Anwar Sadat and Rajalakshmi did special performances at the Grand Finale . For first time ,in a Reality Show, the Egyptian dance form “Tanura” was performed.
