New Delhi: Bhumika Realty Private Limited has announced the appointment of Amit Parsuramka as its Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, he will spearhead the company’s next phase of growth, with a strategic focus on execution excellence, customer experience, and sustainable value creation.
A seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience across real estate, investments, and consumer businesses, Parsuramka brings a strong track record of driving growth, building high-performance teams, and leading large-scale business transformations.
Prior to joining Bhumika Realty, he served as CEO at Abhinandan Lodha Ventures (HoABL) and Bonito Designs. His previous leadership assignments also include roles as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Tata Realty & Infrastructure, President – Investment Fund at Lodha Ventures (Tomorrow Capital), and President – Sales at Lodha Group (Macrotech Developers).
Parsuramka holds an MBA in Marketing from IISWBM, University of Calcutta, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He has also completed CA (Intermediate) from ICAI and earned a Diploma in Software Technology from NIIT.
