Mishra brings over 22 years of experience in transforming HR functions across global organisations. Her expertise spans client transitions, internal and external audits, vendor management, and complex legal and POSH matters. One of the defining achievements of her career includes leading the transition of HR operations from a manual framework to a fully automated and streamlined system—bringing efficiency and consistency to large-scale enterprises.
She has previously contributed to the HR transformation journeys of leading global brands including Hewlett-Packard, Oracle, NTT DATA, Thoughtworks, and CBRE. Her extensive domain knowledge and hands-on leadership approach are expected to accelerate BPE’s mission of organisational excellence.
