C5i launches Marketing Data Cloud to streamline marketing data with Databricks

Mumbai: C5i, a pure-play AI and analytics company, has announced the launch of its Marketing Data Cloud (MDC), a validated Built on Databricks solution, further expanding its partnership with Databricks. The MDC platform unifies fragmented marketing data and evaluates outcomes across channels, enabling businesses to make more informed, impactful decisions.

Built on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and powered by Microsoft Azure, the solution leverages C5i’s Intelligent Data Management Decision framework to centralize and standardize marketing data into a pre-built common model. This unified foundation provides businesses with a 360-degree view of customer interactions, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI, while ensuring complete control of data through open formats and governance.

The Marketing Data Cloud is designed to eliminate silos by ingesting, integrating, and standardizing varied data sources into the Databricks Lakehouse architecture with Unity Catalog integration. This centralized approach enables advanced performance analytics such as market mix modeling, brand measurement, campaign analytics, and multitouch attribution, supporting customer-centric strategies, scalable personalization, and improved ROI.
