Dulquer Salmaan collaborates with Kuku FM to redefine storytelling in a new campaign

Bangalore: Kuku FM, a storytelling platform, is set to revolutionize the art of storytelling with its latest campaign featuring Dulquer Salmaan as the brand ambassador for South India. The partnership aims to bring regional stories and audiobooks closer to millions of listeners across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, celebrating the rich cultural diversity of the South.

Dulquer Salmaan, known for his versatility and strong appeal among Southern audiences, embodies the values of Kuku FM – authenticity, innovation, and a deep connection to storytelling. In the new TVC, Salmaan takes viewers on a nostalgic journey as he recalls the comforting stories told by his grandmother during his childhood. “With Kuku FM, I’m excited to revisit the roots of storytelling and invite listeners to embark on a journey of self-discovery and inspiration with their vast genres and collections,” said Dulquer Salmaan.

In a unique approach, Kuku FM’s TVC is produced in Tamil and Malayalam, with dubbing in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi, aiming to resonate with India’s linguistic and cultural diversity. The multimedia campaign, titled “Redefining the Art of Storytelling,” will be launched in two phases, starting with a social media campaign, followed by television, OTT platforms, and offline channels. With content available in eight languages and a wide range of genres, Kuku FM is leading the way in bringing storytelling that speaks to every mood, interest, and region.

Kuku FM’s platform has witnessed exceptional growth, particularly in Southern India, with over 1 million monthly active subscribers from the region, now accounting for 35% of the platform’s overall engagement. The demand for Southern language content has surged, with a 5x increase in monthly new subscriber additions over the past year.
