Our focus for the upcoming year will be on how effectively we stay innovatively creative and take advantage of new technology by utilizing the in-house proprietary tools for research.

Our packaged integrated solutions will have Market Research at its core, but supported by integrations across various verticals such as … PR, Digital, Media, and Strategy. We look forward to adding demonstrable value through these integrated offerings in the coming year.

We have greater plans to venture into research areas which have high potential and are largely untapped. Hansa Research will unveil an entire new suite of syndicated studies in the area of CX. We also look into strengthening our internal processes to manage accelerated growth and new revenue streams. 2021 will be an exciting year as Hansa Research will make an entry into a couple of new industry segments and continue to consolidate on its syndicated studies.

Intelligent insights using modern intelligent technologies like AI and ML will be the way the world will take the emotion out of its decision making. We saw this in 2020 where even something like the US Presidential elections were run on real time data filtering into systems that predicted the sway of votes in swing states. India has been on and off dabbling with new tech over the last 5 years. 2021 will give a big push to corporates to reform the way they use data, research and insights in their decision making. Proper insight will allow India Inc; to discover new products, efficiently manage its workforce and even understand the intricacies of the competitive turf it operates on globally. Hansa Research will be among the first homegrown companies that will bring a new wave of intelligence led insight that will help its clients gain a competitive and strategic edge in the market in 2021.
