Mumbai: Godrej Agrovet Limited (Godrej Agrovet), a diversified agri-business company, has appointed Gaurav Pande as Chief Executive Officer of Creamline Dairy Products Limited, the company behind the Godrej Jersey brand.
Pande will lead Creamline Dairy’s next phase of growth with a focus on strengthening market leadership, accelerating business transformation, driving innovation and expanding the brand’s presence across key markets in South India.

Pande brings over 22 years of experience across the foods, quick service restaurant (QSR) and consumer durables sectors. He has a strong track record of building, scaling and transforming consumer businesses, with expertise in driving growth, innovation, premiumisation and go-to-market strategies.
Prior to joining Creamline Dairy, Pande led the launch and rapid expansion of a major international QSR brand in India, building the business from the ground up while establishing operational excellence and unit-level profitability. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles across multiple consumer categories, where he contributed to market share expansion, profitability improvement and business transformation.
Godrej Agrovet said Pande’s experience in building consumer-focused businesses and leading high-performance teams will support Creamline Dairy’s ambition to further strengthen its position in the dairy sector.
