As we enter 2021, for all the hardships COVID 19 has bought in and like every business is trying to get back to their normal recovery path, we expect these changes in our business and our client business to continue to happen. The pandemic has turned out to be a transformational event for businesses across including the digital industry. COVID has accelerated the adoption and usage of the Internet further. This has created new services and models across sectors like healthcare, education, e-commerce and also added newer users across sectors such as entertainment, where consumption of content & screen time has increased very quickly during these times. Our focus will be to continue to transform business through the creative use of digital & technology. We intend to help our clients accelerate their digital transformation process and aid them in navigating this never normal world. This will be enabled not only by focusing on newer sectors of business but also by helping our existing clients.
Future is Hybrid for us.
The pandemic has bought in a significant change in ways of working with automation, digitization, agility, personalization and shifting mindset to being flexible. As we continue to transition from work from office to work from anywhere, there will be a significant shift in how we work, we have redefined our working structures and operating model. We will focus on providing the benefits of access to a boundary less talent pool, employee flexibility to our clients. Our focus will be on enabling our talent to work on business which they are required, irrespective of where they are based. This will be helping in unlocking the potential for us and build great relationships with our clients. While we had already embarked on the journey of automation in 2020, we will further accelerate automation on the key part of our business wherever possible.
Continued Focus on Innovation & Data.
We will continue to focus and push the innovation agenda. As Isobar, we will continue to be imaginative, innovative, and further think out of the box to help clients and business to drive their innovation agenda. We will also be focusing on delivering insights as a strategic value lever with the help of data resulting in providing measurable value and actionable strategic insights data & analytics as a function, to act as a value driver for us.
Talent Sans Border & Re-skilling.
As an agency, our biggest assets are our people and our workforce. We will continue to invest in making our people future-ready leaders and prioritize talent management initiatives like Right Skilling and redeployment of the workforce in our high growth business verticals. As we get through this phase and increase focus on digitization, the aim would be to upgrade our people’s skills. We will continue to focus on training our existing set but also bring in a fresh talent pool who can help us accelerate our goals of transformation not only for our clients but for ourselves as well in this never normal world. The pandemic has also created lots of stress in people (workforce), so as we enter 2021, the key focus would be to strive for an ideal work / life balance and attend /discuss the mental wellbeing of our people.
Being Agile & Flexible.
Being Agile & Flexible as an agency in all our efforts will be one of the key focus as we move into 2021. Since the pandemic will continue to move in an uncertain zone. Hence, all our planned efforts need to be both flexible and agile to adapt to the fluid environment around us.
