Mumbai: In a move that underscores its global commitment to customer experience (CX) innovation, Havas has announced the acquisition of Toronto-based Enverta Digital, a rapidly growing CRM and digital transformation specialist. The acquisition strengthens Havas’ position as a leader in CX, CRM, and digital transformation in North America, further embedding customer experience at the heart of its global Converged strategy.
With operations in Canada and Poland, Enverta Digital brings to Havas a robust portfolio of CX capabilities, including CRM technology strategy and implementation across leading platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, and Braze. The acquisition boosts Havas’ ability to deliver fully integrated, tech-enabled solutions at scale, especially for its growing U.S. client base.

Enverta will now operate under Havas CX Canada, one of Havas’ key Centers of Excellence in North America. The integration of Enverta’s expertise will enable the delivery of bundled solutions and new business development opportunities, with scalable support from its offshore hub in Poland.
