Hyderabad: Himalaya BabyCare has unveiled two new digital video campaigns (DVCs) for its Gentle Baby Soap and Refreshing Baby Soap, reinforcing its focus on specialized skincare solutions for newborns and babies.
The campaigns mark a strategic repositioning of the brand’s baby soap portfolio under the overarching proposition, “More than Cleansing. It’s Care.” The move reflects the evolving preferences of modern parents, who increasingly seek products that go beyond safety to deliver targeted care for delicate baby skin and seasonal skin concerns.
The campaign for Himalaya Gentle Baby Soap highlights the emotional considerations that accompany everyday parenting decisions. The film captures a mother’s concern about selecting the right soap for her newborn, emphasizing the importance of choosing products specifically formulated for delicate skin.
Himalaya Gentle Baby Soap is enriched with a unique Phyto-oil-complex made from 100% natural oils of Almond and Olive and is designed to cleanse gently while helping maintain skin hydration. The formulation contains 97% natural origin ingredients and is aimed at preventing post-bath dryness while keeping the baby’s skin soft and healthy.
Through the message, “Sirf Cleansing Nahi. Skin ki Gentle Care bhi,” the campaign underscores the importance of specialized skincare designed to nurture and protect newborn skin.
The second campaign, for Himalaya Refreshing Baby Soap, focuses on the challenges babies face during Indian summers. The film portrays common seasonal discomforts such as sweat, heat, itching, and irritation through a light-hearted narrative between a mother and her child.
The product is formulated with an Aquafresh Complex containing Watermelon, Vetiver, and Neem, ingredients designed to help soothe skin discomfort associated with heat and sweat. The campaign carries the message, “Sirf Cleansing Nahi. Skin ki Refreshing Care bhi,” highlighting the role of skincare in managing seasonal skin concerns.
Together, the two launches reflect Himalaya BabyCare’s broader strategy of creating specialized solutions across different baby skincare needs—from newborn skin protection to seasonal care requirements.
