Gurgaon: Hybrid, the global programmatic advertising platform, marked a key milestone this week as its founders — Dmitry Cheklov, Sergey Kovalev, and Vladimir Khudyakov — visited India to commemorate five years of sustained growth and innovation. Hosted at Hybrid’s Gurgaon office, the visit underscored the company’s long-term commitment to India’s rapidly evolving programmatic ecosystem and its expanding base of brand and agency partners.
Focusing on the company’s achievements and learnings over the past few years, the visit aimed to mobilize Hybrid’s next phase of growth — one centered on deepening investments in AI, data-driven creativity, and strengthening India’s role as a key global innovation hub. The milestone visit also reflected on Hybrid’s remarkable evolution from a small, ambitious team to a global programmatic powerhouse serving over 200 top-tier brands and agencies worldwide.

“India represents one of the most dynamic markets for programmatic advertising,” said Dmitry Cheklov, Global President & Founder, Hybrid. “It is especially exciting, not just for its scale, but for the speed of innovation and adaptability. Indian brands and agencies are adopting AI-driven, privacy-first solutions faster than many mature markets, and are a creative and technological force driving the next era of digital advertising.”
Hybrid’s proprietary mobile programmatic platform Hybe and its growing Connected TV (CTV) offering attracted strong market interest. The platform allows brands to connect Smart TV ads with mobile campaigns that drive app installs and user engagement.

“We are excited to see the full extent of the synergy between ads on Smart TV and mobile performance advertising that will seamlessly bridge the gap between awareness and action,” said Vladimir Khudyakov, Co-founder and CEO, Hybe.
Beyond business discussions, the founders also spent time engaging with Hybrid’s India team, celebrating the company’s culture of creativity and collaboration.

“The hospitality we’ve experienced, and the openness of the Indian team have been truly inspiring. India’s spirit of innovation and community perfectly aligns with Hybrid’s culture,” added Sergey Kovalev, Global COO, Hybrid.

Reflecting on the visit, Shreyas Sathe, CEO, Hybrid INSEA, said, “We are excited to keep transforming the programmatic advertising landscape in India. In the past, we’ve successfully aligned the interests of both brands and agencies by delivering outstanding campaign results with advanced tools that deliver scale and performance.”
