I have always been impressed by people who are true to their beliefs in whatever they choose to do. For me, being around positive people is a must. I am always impressed by women who straddle work, family, and their personal lives so seamlessly. My family, friends, team & their support is the reason that I believe that I can do everything I want to. I don’t feel guilty about the trade-offs that I need to make at times because when there I give it my 110%.
We can inspire & support each other. Try and surround yourself with female role models, mentors, and friends, they can be a great source of strength. My only message would be do what you enjoy doing, don’t compromise on any aspect, all is possible, we just have to go get it for ourselves.
Empowering women in her workplace:
My attempt is to bring a positive energy to our workspace through the relationships we build with each other, being respectful of each other & the ideas we bring to the table, our collaboration, transparency & what completes it is that we all are working towards one dream. Being a woman, I feel that I bring certain empathy to the table that allows us to build trust & be more flexible.
Our team is one of strong, independent personalities who don’t shy away from sharing their opinion or working hard. I am proud of the ‘all-woman team’ we have built & the work we do together!
