India leads the way in Binance’s global ‘Humans of Binance’ campaign

Mumbai: Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and users, has launched a new global content series titled ‘Humans of Binance.’ The campaign shines a light on authentic stories of individuals whose lives have been positively transformed by digital assets and Binance’s ecosystem, underscoring the real-world impact of blockchain technology.

As part of the initiative, India takes center stage with the inspiring story of Mohit Malhotra, a 42-year-old seasoned marketing leader and father, who has been an active member of the Binance community since 2018. Through resources like Binance Academy, Mohit deepened his understanding of blockchain literacy, enabling him to make informed choices to safeguard his wealth and secure his family’s future. His biggest motivation is supporting his eldest daughter’s dream of becoming a pilot. Known for his optimism, love for travel, and passion for cars, Mohit’s journey reflects the resilience, aspiration, and empowerment that Binance aims to celebrate.

Rachel Conlan, Chief Marketing Officer of Binance, shared, “At Binance, we believe authentic storytelling is the foundation for building meaningful connections with people from all walks of life. Through ‘Humans of Binance,’ we’re encouraging everyone to share their unique stories, with the hope that this will be the start of a movement to debunk misconceptions around digital assets and highlight its true potential. In a market that is often crowded and misunderstood, emotional narratives like this allow us to cut through the noise, build genuine brand trust, and inspire new users to discover the possibilities of blockchain technology. We are excited to be part of the financial journey for the next one billion digital asset users and beyond.”

The campaign underscores India’s growing role in the global digital asset landscape. According to the 2025 Global Crypto Adoption Index by Chainalysis, India ranks No. 1 across all four sub-indices, reflecting deep grassroots adoption of crypto, including retail and DeFi usage. This positions India as a key market for initiatives like Humans of Binance that amplify user stories of empowerment.

Binance will release a new story every week, each spotlighting the challenges, opportunities, and life lessons that shape its users’ journeys. The videos can be viewed on the Humans of Binance platform.

As part of the campaign, Binance is also inviting users worldwide to share their own stories using the hashtag #HumansOfBinance. The most inspiring submissions will be transformed into short animated films, with winners rewarded from a prize pool of $8,000 worth of USDC.

By combining education, secure platforms, and innovative products, Binance reaffirms its mission to empower everyday people and unlock new economic opportunities in an evolving digital economy.
