As part of this leadership expansion, Navneet Bhatt has joined InsuranceDekho as Chief Business Officer for New Business (MGA, Reinsurance, and Actuarial Analytics). With over 23 years of experience in the insurance sector, Navneet has held senior roles at companies such as Takaful Oman Insurance, Tata AIG, and Royal Sundaram Alliance. His extensive expertise in actuarial analytics, underwriting, and business strategy will play a crucial role in advancing the company’s efforts to explore new business segments and enhance its analytical capabilities.
In another key appointment, Vivek Aggarwal has been appointed as VP – Head of Finance. With a wealth of experience spanning 23 years, Vivek has previously worked with prominent organizations like HCL, Genpact, Airtel, and Info Edge. Known for his deep expertise in business finance, taxation, controllership, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A), Vivek’s appointment will help fortify InsuranceDekho’s financial functions, streamline operations, and build stronger investor relations, driving long-term value for the company.
InsuranceDekho has also elevated Aman Batra to the role of Chief Strategy Officer, recognizing his significant contributions to the company’s growth and success. Aman, who has been with the company for over four years, brings over 12 years of expertise in business strategy, corporate development, and data analytics. His deep understanding of the market and strategic insights have been integral to InsuranceDekho’s impressive trajectory in the insurtech space. This promotion underscores the company’s commitment to fostering internal talent and rewarding high-impact leadership.
