Mumbai: InsuranceDekho, an insurtech platform, has appointed Rohan Mittal as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reinforcing its senior leadership team as the company prepares for its next phase of growth.
In his new role, Mittal will lead the company’s finance, capital strategy and governance functions, bringing nearly two decades of experience in scaling businesses, executing strategic transactions and building financial frameworks across listed and high-growth companies.
Prior to joining InsuranceDekho, Mittal served as Group CFO at RateGain, where he played a key role during the company’s USD 280 million acquisition of Sojern and its subsequent integration, a period in which the company more than doubled its revenue. He also served as CFO at Yatra Online during its India IPO, was part of the leadership team at Allcargo-Gati during a significant debt reduction and business turnaround, and held the CFO position at Rivigo in the lead-up to its acquisition by Mahindra Logistics.

Mittal has been recognised with several industry accolades, including BW 40 Under 40 (Finance), Young CFO of the Year, and recognition among the Global 200 Power Finance Leaders. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow and a B.Tech (Hons.) from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh
