Gopa Menon, COO, Isobar, has decided to move on from the organization after a stint of 12 years. He will replace Vinod Thadani at Mindshare, as per media reports.
Thadani resigned from the post of Chief Digital Officer of Mindshare – South Asia last week.
Menon joined Isobar in 2009 as Business Head- India and has handled various roles, including Associate Vice President, Vice President, Executive Vice President. He was elevated to the COO role in 2019.
In the role of COO, Menon has designed and implemented business strategies, plans, and procedures for Isobar India and Its clients. He has set broad goals for performance and growth for Isobar India. Menon established policies that promote company culture and vision & Ensuring alignment. His other responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the company and the work of all departments within Isobar India, Leading & Ensuring Integration between other DAN Agencies. Helping Clients Bridge and Navigate the Digital Transformation Process.
