Mumbai: Jeffin (Jeff) Thomas has resigned from McCann Worldgroup India, concluding a two-and-a-half-year tenure with the agency where he served as Vice President – Strategy and led planning responsibilities for the Bengaluru office.
During his tenure, Jeff oversaw strategic mandates across a diverse portfolio of brands including ITC’s Aashirvaad, Britannia’s Good Day and Reliance’s Campa, among others. His work focused on developing media-agnostic brand interventions and leveraging regional consumer insights to shape national brand narratives.
His contributions also coincided with McCann’s strong performance across leading industry award platforms, including the Effies, where strategic effectiveness remained a key differentiator.
An applied sociologist by training, Jeff brings extensive experience across both network and independent agencies. Prior to joining McCann, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Digitally Inspired Media and held senior strategic leadership roles at Dentsu and Spinta Digital.
Over the course of his career, Jeff has built expertise across brand strategy, consumer understanding, regional market planning and integrated communications, working at the intersection of business outcomes and cultural relevance.
Jeff is yet to announce his next professional move.
