New Delhi: Footwear and lifestyle brand Neeman’s has announced the appointment of Anjali Sachdeva as Director of Buying & Merchandising as the company strengthens its leadership team to support its next phase of growth.
With over 15 years of experience across buying, merchandising, category management, assortment planning and retail strategy, Sachdeva joins Neeman’s with extensive expertise in India’s footwear and consumer retail sector.
Prior to joining Neeman’s, she served as Senior Manager, Buying & Merchandising at adidas India, where she led buying and merchandising operations across the brand’s own retail, franchise and e-commerce businesses. Her career spans leadership roles across merchandising, category management, assortment planning, sourcing, inventory management and go-to-market execution at adidas India, Bata India and Koutons Retail India.
At Neeman’s, Sachdeva will oversee buying and merchandising functions across retail, online and B2B channels. Her mandate includes merchandise planning, assortment architecture, sourcing, inventory optimisation and enhancing collaboration across supply chain functions.
