Mumbai: Neo Group has appointed Anirban Banerjee as Co-founder and Chief People and Transformation Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the wealth and asset management firm accelerates the expansion of its platform and deepens its long-term institutional capabilities.
In his new role, Banerjee will spearhead Neo Group’s people strategy, talent development, leadership capability, organisational design, culture, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Banerjee brings over two decades of experience in human resources leadership within the financial services sector. Before joining Neo Group, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Avendus Group. Earlier, he played a key role in building the human resources function at 360 ONE (formerly IIFL Wealth) during the company’s formative years.
Neo Group currently manages approximately ₹1,30,000 crore in total client assets across Assets Under Advice (AUA) and Assets Under Management (AUM). The firm caters to family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutions, and corporates through its wealth management, asset management, and alternate investment businesses. It operates across more than 30 locations with a workforce of around 850 professionals.
