Indo National Ltd, the manufacturer of Nippo Batteries, has onboarded Pavan Kumar BVS as the Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Kumar will be responsible for the next trajectory of growth for the company and for building engaged teams.
Announcing his new role in a LinkedIn post, Kumar wrote, “after an amazing 4+ years in the fresh food industry of building a #startup into a 500cr business, I have decided to shift gears. It’s time to gain exposure, learn from a listed consumer electrical brand, #Nippo (Indo national limited), that has stood the test of time in the last 50 years. I joined this capable team to deliver the next trajectory of the growth story, build engaged teams, grow shareholder value, delight consumers with innovation, and drive the business with a purpose.”
Prior to joining Nippo Batteries, Kumar held the position of Chief Business Officer at iD Fresh Food.
In a career span of 20 years, Kumar has worked with companies like Tata Motors, Reckitt Benckiser, The Walt Disney Company, GSK Consumer Healthcare India.
