Ogilvy & Mather’s specialist consulting arm OgilvyRED has made three senior appointments following double-digit growth in 2016.
The growth in consulting revenues follows the launch of OgilvyRED in Asia Pacific at the beginning of the year.
Pierre Robinet, previously global digital director for Publicis Worldwide, has been named vice president of the agency, with a remit focused on digital transformation and innovation.
Meanwhile, Hemanth Magal, formerly managing director for South East Asia at OgilvyOne Consulting, has been named principal consultant, e-Commerce; while Andrew Harrison, previously chief operating officer for Ogilvy & Mather’s joint venture partner Brand Union Asia Pacific, has been appointed principle consultant, brand strategy.
Lucy McCabe, president of OgilvyRED Asia Pacific, said: “Since our launch, we have seen unprecedented demand for strategic consulting from clients. Being able to make three strong hires at this time of year shows we have developed a robust offer that fuses specialist thinking and delivery to help brands with the transformative modern marketing they need for growth.”
