Bringing with him over 30 years of industry experience, Mohan has held leadership roles across renowned organizations including Wipro, Numeric, Randstad, TranSearch, and Executive Access. He has successfully led strategic growth initiatives across a wide range of sectors such as technology, BFSI, BPM, retail, manufacturing, oil & gas, renewables, and infrastructure.
An alumnus of INSEAD and a certified Executive Coach, Mohan is widely recognized for his ability to guide CXOs and business leaders through strategic transformation and leadership development. His approach combines big-picture thinking with an execution-driven mindset—making him a strong addition to Peoplefy’s leadership team.
