Pepperfry’s latest campaign, ‘HumsePoocho’ targets people trying to navigate their way through buying furniture or home goods online

Pepperfry’s latest campaign, ‘HumsePoocho’, looks to address people who are trying to navigate their way through buying furniture or home goods online. Pepperfry said that it understands that furniture and home goods are part of a tactile industry and also an industry with a long purchase cycle, where a lot of thought and consideration goes into the purchase.

Customers it noted sometimes need expert help to make the right decisions for their requirements. Things like the right size, features, material, etc., can be hindrances in making decisions. To solve this problem they launched the ‘Buy on Phone’ feature where customers can call with questions big or small. By dialling 022-6116-7373 on their phones, they can access personalised advice from Pepperfry’s furniture and home experts explains the company.

The feature will eliminate uncertainty and help them choose the perfect furniture and home decor products for their homes the company added.
