Percept ICE, the Special Projects, Events, and Experiential Marketing Domain Company of Percept Limited, conceptualized and managed the Sintex Product Launch and Order Bookings on a Virtual platform earlier this month. The Digital launch event saw a digital attendance of over 400 visitors pan-India, with the show achieving the dual objective of launching four unique new Sintex products and enabling on-the-spot Online Order Bookings for their Distributors.
The Virtual Sintex Product Launch and Sales Module event was conceptualized, designed, and managed by Percept digitICE, the Full-Service Digital, Virtual, and Hybrid Experiential Marketing & Events Unit of Percept ICE. The scope of work entailed communication, design, integration of clients marketing tools including social media, digital platform development and execution, video content creation, product launch sequences, green screen shoots, event packaging, creating a live Order Booking module, and unifying all of this into a 3-hour live capsule.
A key highlight of the event was the integration of the Online Order Booking while simultaneously curating and managing Zonal Rooms which were further sub-divided into additional specific zones addressing immediate audience queries on the secure digital platform. This not only helped address individual retail queries but also drove confidence in the new product launched thereby propelling bookings. A Live Leaderboard also showcased zone-wise sales mapping which helped the brand keep tabs on the targets achieved during the tenure of the launch show.
